About ExequtechOS

ExequtechOS - Your business has enough moving parts. Your software shouldn’t be one of them.

Running a service business means keeping track of far more than just the work itself. Customers, quotations, jobs, technicians, schedules, stock, materials, suppliers, purchase orders, invoices, payments and paperwork all need to stay connected.

Too often, they don't.

Businesses end up relying on a mixture of spreadsheets, messaging apps, paperwork and disconnected software — or complicated systems that are powerful but difficult to understand and navigate.

**That's why we built ExequtechOS.**

ExequtechOS is an all-in-one business and field service management platform designed to bring your operation together in one connected, easy-to-use workspace.

From the first customer enquiry to the final invoice, ExequtechOS helps manage the workflow in one place. Create and send professional quotations, schedule and assign jobs, manage projects and recurring work, track technicians and working hours, control stock and materials, request supplier pricing, create purchase orders, invoice customers and keep an eye on debtors, creditors and business performance.

And the system doesn't stop at the office.

**Exequ-Jobs**, our mobile app for field teams, connects technicians directly to the operation. Technicians can receive and accept jobs, update their status, record working time, capture photos, log materials and purchases, record travel and collect customer signatures from the field.

Connectivity shouldn't stop the job either. Exequ-Jobs is designed to work **offline**, storing information on the device and synchronising it when connectivity returns — particularly useful for teams working on remote sites, construction projects, plant rooms and other locations where internet access isn't guaranteed.

Inventory and purchasing are built into the same workflow. Stock can be managed across warehouses and vehicles, materials can be reserved for jobs and recorded when used, and unused items can be returned. Businesses can send RFQs to multiple suppliers, compare responses and turn the selected pricing into purchase orders without rebuilding everything manually.

For larger operations, ExequtechOS also brings together projects, fixed assets, service checklists, reporting, staff hours and access controls, allowing different teams to work inside the same system while only accessing the areas relevant to them.

But **more features weren't our primary goal**.

One of the problems that inspired ExequtechOS was seeing how difficult some existing business systems could be to understand and navigate. Software designed to make a business more efficient shouldn't create another administrative problem of its own.

So we approached ExequtechOS differently.

Its desktop-inspired workspace is designed to feel familiar. Open different areas of your business, work with multiple windows, move between information quickly and keep the tools you use every day within reach — without digging through endless layers of menus.

The result is a platform designed not just to contain information, but to connect the actual flow of work:

**Customer → Quote → Job → Team → Materials → Purchasing → Completion → Invoice**

ExequtechOS was also not built purely from assumptions about how businesses operate. It continues to evolve through feedback and real-world use by businesses managing their day-to-day operations on the platform.

We're building ExequtechOS for electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors, solar installers, CCTV companies, builders, maintenance businesses and other organisations that need better control over both office and field operations — while making the platform flexible enough to support businesses beyond the trades as well.

Our goal is simple: **bring more of the business into one connected system, make powerful business software easier to use, and remove unnecessary administration from the working day.**

Because your team should be focused on getting the work done — **not fighting with the software that's supposed to help them.**

### **Run Smarter. Work Faster. Execute Better.**

What ExequtechOS does that nothing else does

Run your business like your computer. ExequtechOS uses a true desktop-style workspace with movable windows, multitasking and a taskbar, while connecting quotes, jobs, stock, teams and invoicing.

Who ExequtechOS is for

Built for electricians, plumbers, HVAC, solar, CCTV, construction contractors and service businesses that want one simple system to manage their office, field teams, stock, jobs and finances.

How does ExequtechOS handle customer approval of quotes before turning them into scheduled jobs?

    1. AnonymousMaker

Hi Ravi, apology for the late reply. When a quotation is created it can be sent either internally to someone else in the office or to the client direct from the system. When the client receives the quotation by email they will have a link to click on where they can accept the quotation remotely on the device or if they can not open links there is also a PDF attached to the quotation for action. When the client accepted it remotely the system will indicate that it has been accepted and an invoice for a deposit can be created and sent if required. Once all these formalities has been done, a job card can be created from the quotation with the push of a button where all the labour and materials are transferred automatically to the job card. The only thing left is to assign the technician and schedule the date.

Can technicians access and update job cards from a phone while working on site, even without internet?

    1. AnonymousMaker

Hi, yes they can update job cards, make notes, take photos and even get the client's signature without internet. As soon as the phone has signal again it will sync with the cloud and reflect on the main system. We also have a function if the customer is not on sight, after the technician signed off the job card is sent to the client to review and sign on his own device, eliminating the need to go back again just for a signature.

Can stock and materials used on a job be linked automatically to the job card and final invoice?

    1. AnonymousMaker

Yes it can, as soon as the mobile data sync with the cloud it displays all the information in the cloud app and that is transferred to the invoice. You can select which material is billable and which is not.
