# SpacerrApps > New apps from the people who build them, each one written up in plain language so you can tell in a minute whether it is for you. ## About SpacerrApps publishes write-ups of software products, mostly small independent apps. Developers submit their own app, and every submission is reviewed by a person before it appears anywhere on the site. There are two tiers, and the difference is worth knowing when citing a post: - Free: any number of apps, each with a directory page at /apps/, 1 write-up and 2 links. A free listing launches once the site's badge is in the footer of the app's own site, or its owner subscribes. - Featured ($39/month, or $228/year): a pinned row at the top of the directory, an entry on /sponsors, and listings that launch without the badge. It does NOT buy an article, an earlier one, approval over what it says, or any link: every approved app carries the same links on the same terms whatever its owner pays. The /sponsors entries carry rel="sponsored" and pass no ranking credit. Every generated draft is reviewed and published by a human editor before it appears. NO ARTICLE ON THIS SITE IS FOR SALE. Every approved app gets exactly one write-up, drafted when a person approves the listing, on every tier. So a post's links are editorial and are followed, and no post carries a sponsor node. A subscription includes a placement, which is a separate surface: the pinned rows at the top of the directory and the entries on /sponsors. Those pass no ranking credit. ## Submitting an app Anyone can submit an app at https://spacerrapps.com/submit. You sign in, describe the app in your own words, then pick a plan. Nothing is charged before that step and there is no invitation or waiting list. Submitting is free for any number of apps: each gets 1 write-up, and 2 links back to the app's own site, which stay online. A person reviews every submission before any of it is published, so a listing here is an editorial decision rather than an automatic directory entry. ## Links - [Apps](https://spacerrapps.com/): the directory, and the homepage - [News](https://spacerrapps.com/news): every published write-up - [Guides](https://spacerrapps.com/blog): how to get an app found, where to submit it, and which links count - [Sponsors](https://spacerrapps.com/sponsors): every paying sponsor, named.
