Bidtree

Bidtree is a public leaderboard of the internet, drawn as a treemap. Every tile on the board is a product, and its size is the money behind it. One dollar puts you on the board. Pay more and your tile grows. Pay more than the tile above you and you pass it.

There is no signup, no subscription and no API key. You pay once, then you name the tile, write its one line description and pick a category. That is the whole flow. If you are already on the board, entering the same address again adds to the tile you have rather than creating a second one, so every dollar you spend only makes the tile you own bigger.

Rank is decided by total stake, not by recency and not by votes, so the order of the board is simply who has paid the most. Anyone can climb at any time by outbidding the tiles above them, and the board reorders as soon as they do.

Each tile carries its own click count, so you can see what a position is actually delivering rather than guessing. The board also marks movement: a tile that climbed in the last hour is shaded green, and the stronger the green, the further it moved.

The result is a page that reads as a snapshot of what people are willing to pay to be seen next to, kept up to date by the people paying for it.
