About Cornel VPN
I'm on the Cornel team, so read this as the maker's description.
Cornel is a VPN for people who work and travel on networks they don't control: hotel and airport Wi-Fi, trains, cafés and coworking spaces. Version 2.0 (build 2.0.110) has apps for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and Android TV (you sign in on the TV by scanning a QR code), and iPhone and iPad builds are available through TestFlight. It runs on Tenzor Core, Cornel's own protocol, as described on our site.
Pricing, per month: - Personal: $2.35 for 1 device, $5.60 for 3, $8.40 for 5, $15.86 for 10 - Family: $14.93 for 3 people, $23.64 for 5 people - Corporate: $42.30 for 10 people, $98.29 for 25 people
There's a 3-day free trial. Payment is in crypto: USDT, BTC, ETH or SOL.
What a VPN does and doesn't do: it encrypts the traffic between your device and the VPN server and hides your IP address from the network you're on, which is what matters on shared Wi-Fi. It won't protect you from phishing or make an unsafe website safe, so keep using two-factor authentication and a password manager as well.
