PetWith
PetWith lets couples, best friends, and families raise one virtual cat or dog together, share daily care and memories, and build a cozy little life side by side.
About PetWith
PetWith is a shared virtual-pet and cozy life-sim for iPhone. Invite your partner, best friend, or family member and raise one cat or dog together. Share daily care, watch it grow from newborn to adult, chat with its own personality, and create small memories even when you are apart. As your pet grows, it explores the neighborhood, collects treasures, meets other pets, and can eventually run a shop. PetWith is currently in public TestFlight beta while we validate the experience in Hong Kong. Join the public beta: https://testflight.apple.com/join/D89xuURR

Can my pet meet pets belonging to other players, or are all of its friends AI controlled?

How does daily care affect your pet’s personality, growth, or future activities?
james lMaker
Daily care affects the visible systems directly: feeding, playing, bathing and treating problems change energy, mood, health and EXP, which drives growth and unlocks new interactions, outings and eventually shops. The pet’s core personality is set at adoption, while its reactions and remembered preferences become more personal through repeated care. We’re still tuning how much long-term nurture should shape future behavior during beta.

What features will PetWith VIP add when the App Store version launches, and what will remain free?
james lMaker
Core PetWith will remain free: personality matching and adoption, daily care and growth, AI chat, neighborhood exploration, social features, and basic catalog progression. VIP is optional and currently adds higher daily chat and follow limits, daily Paw Beans, more catalog draws, and five custom photo shoots per week; VIP Plus increases the daily beans and draws. We’ll show the exact localized prices and current benefits in the App Store version before purchase.

What activities are available when your pet explores the neighborhood, and how does opening a shop work?
james lMaker
Exploration sends your pet into the neighborhood to discover scenes, treasures, and other pets. Shop progression unlocks later: you open and upgrade a shop, then daily traffic and operating sessions generate PetBeans and business progress. We’re still tuning the pacing during beta.

How does the personality quiz decide which of the 21 cat and dog breeds matches me?
james lMaker
The quiz turns a short set of preference and personality choices into a matching profile, then selects from 21 real cat and dog breeds whose temperament and interaction style fit that profile. It’s a playful companion match, not a psychological assessment.

How much of your conversations and daily care does the pet remember over time?
james lMaker
PetWith keeps recent conversation context and distills important relationship details into a longer-term summary, so the pet can naturally recall preferences, shared moments, and parts of your care history. It does not retain every line forever, and we’re testing how often memories should surface.
