ThumbFocus

I built ThumbFocus because I kept running into the same problem: you can spend hours making a great video, then get stuck figuring out the thumbnail.

And even when you have a few good options, it can be surprisingly hard to decide which one actually works best.

So I wanted to build something that helps with the whole process, not just image generation.

With ThumbFocus you can:

• Turn a video idea into a YouTube thumbnail • Use your own photos or product images as references • Explore different visual directions • Upload thumbnails you've already made • Compare up to three options side by side • Get AI feedback on readability, focal point, contrast, hook clarity, text and more • Keep your thumbnails and reviews together in one library

The goal isn't to claim that AI can predict which thumbnail will get the highest CTR. It can't.

Instead, ThumbFocus is meant to give creators another set of eyes before they hit publish and help spot things that are easy to miss when you've been staring at the same thumbnail for an hour.
