About Eye Drops Reminder & Tracker
I have dry eye syndrome myself, mostly from long hours in front of a screen. My biggest problem was never the drops themselves — it was simply remembering to use them during the day.
So I built Eye Drops Reminder & Tracker: a small Android app that reminds you on a schedule, lets you log each drop with one tap (left eye, right eye, or both), and tracks when each bottle was opened so you don't accidentally use expired drops.
It also includes a 20-20-20 timer for screen breaks and a guided warm compress routine with adjustable duration, plus a daily eye comfort check-in to help you spot patterns over time — useful whether you're managing dry eyes, glaucoma drops, post-surgery eye care, or just staring at screens all day like the rest of us.
It's completely free, with no ads, no account required, and no data collection. Now available in 14 languages.
Started as a personal tool to fix my own "forgot again" problem — publishing it in case it helps someone else too.

Yes - compress duration is adjustable in the app settings, from 5 to 10 minutes.
