Feldy brings the Feldenkrais Method online. It is a somatic approach that helps your nervous system find easier, less effortful ways to move. No stretching into discomfort, no equipment, no fitness level required. Just slow, exploratory movement guided by audio.
The program starts with short daily rituals for the morning and bedtime, then a structured library of guided lessons for the lower back, hips, neck and shoulders, balance and more. Every lesson is done lying down or seated, at your own pace.
