About Helfer
Helfer is a Ukrainian professional platform and social network created for fitness, yoga, and dance trainers who want more clients and a better way to deliver their work. Coaches publish exercises, lectures, and videos in a shared discovery feed, turning their knowledge into a visible professional portfolio. They can build reusable exercise libraries and training programs, adjust loads during workouts, support clients, and see the experience from the trainee's side. An integrated Tabata timer supports fitness, yoga, and dance sessions. Helfer works on the web and through mobile apps for iOS and Android. Because the community is still growing, new trainers currently have an unusual opportunity: their content can appear prominently in the feed while Helfer actively promotes both the platform and the feed.

Thanks for asking. HELFER is not only for sharing content. The core idea is to help trainers and rehabilitation specialists manage clients over time: create individualized programs, adjust exercises, track progress, share educational materials, and keep their professional method organized.
Client payments and monetization are an important direction for us, because many specialists need a clean way to turn their expertise into paid programs or ongoing support. We are especially interested in feedback from trainers and rehab professionals on how they currently sell or deliver programs, and what payment/workflow support would be most useful inside HELFER.
