We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful. It sets cookies.
Hindsight keeps the last 15 seconds to 5 minutes ready in memory. Press your
shortcut after the play to save an MP4. No recording to start and no moment
away a frame at a time. Press the key and Hindsight keeps it instead.
Nothing has touched your drive yet. This is the part everyone gets wrong.
Choose the game window from the sidebar. Hindsight starts holding it and
keeps only the last N seconds in memory, never on your disk.

Does Hindsight capture only the game’s audio, or can it include voice chat and microphone audio too?

Can I choose a different replay length for each game, and where are saved clips stored?

Hi Ravi,
You can choose replay lengths from 15 seconds up to 5 minutes. Hindsight will automatically use the last set capture source. Whenever you change the capture source, you may need to revisit the length setting if you want to change it for different games.
Saved clips are stored locally on your Mac. You set up the storage location during setup.
