Mbason compares your real resume against one specific job, not generic advice. You give it a role (title + full description), and it uses the resume already on your Mbason account. Our AI reads both sides and returns:
a match score and fit label (strong match → significant gap), plus an urgency read (ready to apply now, fix small gaps, or upskill first); skills you already have, each backed by evidence pulled from your resume; missing skills, grouped into technical, domain, tools, and soft skills, plus "nice-to-have" gaps and transferable strengths you can lean on; prioritized recommendations (high/medium/low) and a single concrete next step: what to learn first, which resume weaknesses to fix, and the recruiter concerns to get ahead of.
Because it's grounded in your actual resume and that exact job description, the "what to learn" list is specific to closing your gap for that role then one click sends you into Tailor Resume or Interview Prep to act on it.

From there, Mbason AI helps tailor your resume to better match the role’s requirements and keywords, or generates a cover letter specifically for that position, without having to manually copy and paste the entire job description into Mbason AI.
The goal is to make customizing each application much faster while keeping everything based on your actual experience.
