Upload applicants against one job description and get an evidence-backed shortlist in minutes. Try a sample batch first.
Job post, hosted applications, ranked shortlist, interviews, and the offer — together instead of across five tools.
Your listing goes live on its own page and into Google for Jobs. Applications land in your inbox. Nothing to set up.
“ I built Penroll because hiring my first people meant either paying a recruiter thousands or reading 40 CVs at midnight. Now it does the screening, scheduling, and offer letter for me — so a founder with no HR team can still hire well.
✓ Publish roles and keep every applicant in one pipeline.
✓ Review evidence and interview feedback with your team.
✓ Schedule interviews and prepare the offer without switching tools.
For a small team without HR, every hire means stitching tools together, reading CVs at midnight, and hoping you got the compliance right.
A single placement runs $3,000–$15,000 and six weeks of back-and-forth — before anyone starts.

What do the 10 free credits cover, and how much do additional credits cost?
Maker
Thanks for asking. To clarify, Penroll is moving away from credits to simpler hire-based pricing. Your introductory hire is $0 and includes one published role, up to 10 candidate reviews, interview scheduling, and one offer letter. Additional one-time packages are $19 for 1 hire and 50 reviews, $49 for 3 hires and 150 reviews, $79 for 5 hires and 250 reviews, or $129 for 10 hires and 500 reviews. No monthly subscription is required.

How does Penroll show the evidence behind its AI ranked shortlist, and can I adjust the ranking criteria?
Maker
Penroll compares each candidate’s CV and screening answers with the role’s required skills, useful experience, responsibilities, and job description. Instead of showing only a score, it provides a written summary, supporting strengths, gaps or missing evidence, a suggested next step, and interview questions to investigate further. You can edit the role description and re-rank candidates against the updated requirements. We do not currently offer a separate weighted-rubric editor, so we would rather be clear about that than imply more control than exists today.
