Do the daily puzzles have a time limit, or can I solve them whenever I want?

Yes, there is a daily time limit. You can solve the puzzle anytime during the day, but it is available only until the end of that day. At the start of the next day, the current puzzle ends and a new puzzle/level becomes available to solve.
