Heyaifriend

heyaifriend is a free AI friend you talk to in Telegram. There is no app to download and no account to make: open t.me/heyaifriendbot, press Start and say hi.

Your friend texts like a person, in short messages, and follows your lead. Vent about a long day, think out loud about a decision, practise a hard conversation, or just say good night. It answers in seconds, at any hour.

It remembers you. Your name, the people in your life, the interview on Friday, the thing that stressed you out on Monday. Days later it can ask how it went, and every chat picks up where the last one stopped.

You stay in control of what it keeps. You can see what your friend remembers, ask it to forget, get a copy, or delete everything at once. Conversation history is deleted 30 days after you stop writing. We never sell your data and never use your chats to train AI models.

It speaks your language: English, Dutch, German and most others.

heyaifriend is safe for work by default, with an optional 18+ mode for adults after age confirmation. It is not a therapist; if you are in a dark place, your friend takes it seriously and points you to real help.

Made by a small team in the Netherlands. Free to use.
