How does Qlynic handle billing when a clinic has multiple branches or doctors?

Great question! Qlynic's billing scales two ways — per doctor and per branch.
Each doctor added to the clinic gets billed as their own provider seat, so growing your team just means adding seats to the existing subscription — no separate accounts needed. Branches are included up to 3; beyond that, there's a small per-branch add-on fee for each additional location.
Under the hood, a doctor can be assigned to multiple branches and split shifts across them, and for Alberta clinics we track each doctor's AHCIP billing identifiers per branch — so insurance claims route and bill correctly no matter which location they're seeing patients at that day.
