Übungszeit

Übungszeit was born out of our own frustration as German learners.

While learning German, we realized there wasn't a platform dedicated solely to "practice". Most resources focused on teaching concepts, but offered limited opportunities to actively apply what we had learned. As non-native German speakers living outside Germany, we also found it difficult to practice conversations and receive meaningful feedback.

So, we decided to build the platform we wished we had.

Übungszeit is designed to help German learners practice with confidence. Alongside structured exercises, you'll have access to "Helfen", your AI tutor, who can answer your German-related questions, explain exercises you don't understand, assess your responses, and even serve as a conversation partner to help you improve your speaking skills.

To support your learning further, we've included a glossary of over "1,000 German words" that you can practice directly or through interactive flashcards. You can also test your pronunciation to build speaking confidence. While it's not perfect, it's a valuable way to identify areas for improvement.

We also know that practice can sometimes be challenging. That's why every exercise is accompanied by study material and curated video lessons, allowing you to revisit concepts whenever you need extra guidance.

Our goal is simple: to provide German learners with a focused practice platform that complements their existing learning resources and helps them build real confidence in the language.
